North India Tiger Safari & Bird Watching
Rajasthan’s wide open spaces are home to a plentiful array of whildlife, ranging from magnificient tigers and leopards through to local curiosities such as the Nil Gai (Blue Bull) and four horned chowsingha (swamp deer) not to mention a rich selection of colorful birdlife. The state,s relatively low population density compared to other parts in India and presence of various nature reserves have contributed to the state’s abundant wildlife.

 

Rajasthan’s wildlife highlights are the world famous Keoladeo National park at Bharatpur and Ranthambore National park. The former one is one of the Asia’s most celeberated ornithological destinations, home – recent periods of drought expected to an extra- ordinary array of aquatic birdlife. Ranthambore is one of India’s foremost tiger spotting destinations. Other main parks include, peaceful Sariska Tiger Reserve, is home to pretty much every sort of wildlife found in the region.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Arrival at Delhi Arrive at the international airport in Delhi, our representative will meet you and transfer to the hotel. After fresh up at hotel followed by full day city tour covering Old & New Delhi. Visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar and Humauyn Tomb .Also enjoy the

Cycle Rickshaw ride in the busy lanes of the Chandni Chowk, which in known as Silver street of Old Delhi and a lively shopping point

 

Day 02:Delhi - Corbett National Park.( 250kms-6 hrs)-surface
 After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Corbett National   park .The    Corbett    National Park is located in the terai region of the state of Uttarakhand ( Uttaranchal ), straddling the undulating Shivalik foothills of the Himalayas. Located around 300 kilometres away from New Delhi, it is India's first ever national park. The park covered 520 sq.kilometres in 1986, and a proposed extension of 588 sq. kilometres is under consideration. Project Tiger, which was set up with the help of the World Wildlife Fund, was launched at Dhikala, in the Corbett National Park on April 1, 1973. This project was aimed at saving the Indian tiger (Pantheratigris tigris) from extinction. Over 50 mammals, 580 birds and 25 reptile species have been listed in the Corbett National Park. The insect life is also astounding, noticeably specially after the monsoons. But undoubtedly, the jewel of the Corbettis the Indian tiger. It was estimated that in 1984, On arrival, check in to the resort and relax.

 

Day03:Corbett National Park
Early morning jeep safari by 4 x 4 open gypsy , breakfast at resort and evening again Jungle safari by open gypsy. Where you see wild animal like the sloth bear, Himalayan black bear, dhole, jackal, yellow throated martem, Himalyan palm civet, Indian grey mongoose, common otter, porcupine, clack taped hare are the other attractions of this area. It is possible to see elephants all over the park. Four species of deer are found here. These are the chital, the well-known spotted deer, para, kakka, and the barking deer. There is a lot for the bird watchers in this park. It has over 580 species of birds. Most of the water birds are migrant, and arrive in winters. Some of these are the greylag, barheaded goose, duck, grepe, snipe, sandpiper,gull and wagtail. The residents include darters, cormorants, egrets, herons, the blacknecked stork and the spurwinged lapwings. Reptiles, which are residents of this area, are the gharial,the rare fish eating, long - nosed crocodile, and a few species of turtlesand tortoises. The Indian python, viper, cobra, krait and kingcobra also inhabit the Corbett National Park. The National Park offers invaluable experiences for adventurous and serious-minded wildlife - buffs, photographers and anglers. It is advantageous to have one's own vehicle here. Walking in some areas is permitted, but only when accompanied by a guide. Elephant rides for wildlife viewing, in the mornings and evenings can be booked in the Dhikala complex.

 

Day 04:Corbett Tiger Reserve-Delhi(250kms-6hrs)-Surface
After breakfast drive back to delhi. check in at hotel . Overnight stay will be at Delhi.

 

Day 05:Delhi-Ranthambore(400kms-6hrs)-Train

After breakfast at hotel followed by departure transfer to the railway station to board a train to Sawai Madhopur ( nearest railhead from the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve). Arrival and transfer to the resort. Evening at leisure .Overnight at resort.

 

Day06:Ranthambore

Morning & Evening Jungle safary by 4 x4 open Gypsy in side the forest.Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is one of the finest tiger reserves of India and considered the best place to track a tiger in his own natural habitat. Overnight at Resort.

 

Day07:Ranthambore

Full day of game viewing (Two safaris) inside the lush forests of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Overnight at resort.

 

Day08:Ranthambore-Bharatpur(Keoladeo Ghana National Park)(400Kms-6kms)-Surface

After breakfast at the resort, proceed for a morning game-drive into the dense forest of Ranthambore National Park. Later, we drive to the world-famous Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary .Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is one of the finest and most visited bird sanctuaries in the world. The sanctuary is home to over 400 varieties of birds including the world-renowned migratory Siberian  Cranes.On arrival, check in to the Lodge. In the late afternoon, you can enjoy an exciting bird safari to spot a variety of exotic and colorful birds. Return to the lodge in the evening and relax. Overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 09:Bharatpur-Agra(55kms-1hr)-Surface
After breakfast at the lodge, enjoy an early morning Rickshaw Ride at the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. An enjoyable rickshaw ride is one of the best ways to explore the rich fauna and other wildlife of the park. In the afternoon, drive to Agra . Check in to a hotel on arrival at Agra. Overnight at hotel.

 

Day 10:Agra-Delhi (200K.M/5Hrs)

After breakfast visit world famous Taj Mahal and later on drive to delhi to catch the return flight.

 

Day 11:Depart Delhi

It's time to say goodbye. In time transfer to international airport to connect flight for onward journey
